 Prison Ministry

Providing hope in some of the most difficult times.

History & Mission

Northeast Prison Ministries is a ministry of the Atlantic Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists that aims to reach out to the incarcerated population in the Northeastern United States. The ministry provides training, resources, and support to the union’s conferences, prison ministries leaders, and individuals who are involved or interested in prison ministry. The ministry also coordinates with other organizations and agencies to advocate for the rights and needs of prisoners and their families. Northeast Prison Ministries believes that every prisoner is a child of God who deserves compassion, respect, and hope. The ministry’s vision is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the inmates and help them experience His transforming grace and power.
